In other words, if you assume for the moment that you have black exhaust coming out of the tailpipe like a smokestack, your engine has a serious fuel leak. Blue/gray exhaust is an indication of a serious oil leak. White exhaust points to a serious coolant leak.
Metal in the Motor Oil
Finally, your engine cannot be repaired if you have metal flecks in the motor oil. In addition, your engine will break down within a few hours after the metal circulates through the engine. The metal is engine parts that are disintegrating into the motor oil. There’s no repair for that.
